Booking a table with us has never been easier! To reserve your spot, simply select a date in the calendar, then - if we have availability - you’ll be able to select a time and location.

Note: To book a 45 min Sushi on Jones experience, please choose your time and date and select “Sushi on Jones’ in the specific time slots.

FAQ AND POLICIES

Q: HOW DO I BOOK?

All reservations can be made through our booking widget above, up to 24 hours in advance. If no availability is showing, we likely are fully booked but please drop us a message if you’re unsure.

Q: I AM TRYING TO BOOK FOR THE MONTH AHEAD, WHY IS THERE NO AVAILABILITY?
To maintain the best possible customer experience, our reservation diaries only run up to 30 days in advance. To guarantee a table beyond this timeframe, we recommend setting a reminder on your mobile four weeks prior to the date you wish to book.

Q: WHAT COVID MEASURES DO YOU HAVE IN PLACE?
Nothing is more important to us than the safety of our guests. In addition to meeting general health standards, we are also taking extra precautions by ensuring tables are spaced apart, all surfaces are disinfected between bookings and by insisting that all our staff wear face masks.

Q: YOU ARE ASKING FOR MY CARD DETAILS, WILL I BE CHARGED?
As with most venues, we operate a cancellation policy as a precaution to protect revenue against those who do not turn up to their reservations. Our cancellation policy does allow cancellations, however cancelations within 24 hours of the reservation time will incur a charge.

Q: I DON’T HAVE A RESERVATION, DO YOU ACCEPT WALK-INS?
Of course! You are more than welcome to join us without a reservation; however we cannot guarantee that we’ll have a table available on your arrival. We do however reserve space for walk-ins, and we will accommodate you as best we can – we also have a waitlist you can join.

Q: CAN I STAY FOR LONGER THAN MY BOOKING TIME?
We do accommodate multiple reservations throughout the day which does mean that occasionally, your table will be rebooked. If you’d like to stay longer, please drop us an email and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
